Dean is a lecturer in mental health nursing and a veteran. He specialises in psychological therapies delivered either in person or via the internet. The two therapies that he uses are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), which are goals focussed, brief interventions underpinned by research and recommended by national clinical guidelines. Dean has extensive experience of working within challenging occupational settings while supporting people to either remain in or return to employment.
